Lets get down to business shall we

The election results are in, and I would just like to extend my congratulations to the members of the city council who retained their seats. I hope that they will try to take care of the mess that is becoming of our city. They all must remember that the citizens have put them back in their seats, because they trust that they will do what they have to do. You do not be afraid of the mayor, you won the mayor needs to understand that it will not be business as usual. I hope you will start with the newly hired department head, all jobs in our city government should be posted that’s what I think. When a job is posted we are making sure that we are getting the most qualified people to fill those positions. You have been given the honor, and the citizens have in-trusted you with our city be sure to take care of it.
